There is NOT any profile concept defined by SIP itself (note: this is
different to other protocols with an inherent profile concept like RTP or
H.248).
Guess you may not find any RFC, defining how SIP may be profiled.
But there are "superordinate" specification possibilities, which could be
used to "profile SIP interfaces". E.g. see 3GPP 24.229 or ETSI ES 283 003
are often termed as "SIP profiles".
