guys: you can't be serious.
all relevant SIP stacks are written by now.
to write from scratch the below would necessitate manpower you cannot
afford at the current level of demand.
and there is only a handful of people at most who have sufficient
understanding of SIP to be able to direct such a project.
at this time you are best advised using existing systems.
