Hi, I was wondering what's the best practice when different clock rates are defined in an SDP offer and answer? For example: the SDP offer contains
m=video 30010 RTP/AVP 97 a=rtpmap:97 MP4V-ES/90000 and the SDP answer contains m=video 20320 RTP/AVP 97 a=rtpmap:97 MP4V-ES/1000 Is this allowed to have different clock rates for the same payload type in the SDP offer and answer?
