Hi,
           It is correct to send the From header mentioned above 
although it is recommended in the RFC that the host part be 
"anonymous.invalid". This is because the IP address in the host part 
could be a give-away for the caller's identity. There are 
implementations that consider the user as anonymous based only on the 
user part in the From header.
