The contact port number looks suspicious to me. In the subscribe,
Contact: <sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:64516> The NOTIFY is sent to Request-Line: NOTIFY sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:64516 SIP/2.0 So, if the port in Contact is correct, then the NOTIFY should be acceptable. You may want to check that.
