Hi, If i understand what you are looking for is a colorful ringback tome feature... Where music is played to the caller instead of providing RingBack tone. There are various media devices used by Network, (it can be at any level), based on the configuration. These devices are used to play media before call is answered. This is don by SIP 183 Session progress with SDP containing the media attributes of media devices or ISDN ALERTING message with PI8 (Progress Indicator 8) in PSTN network. Hope this helps.
