If the B2BUA has generated the provisional response which is PRACKed, it probably won't forward the PRACK. But, if the B2BUA has forwarded a provisional response it received from somewhere else, or at least triggered its own provisional response based on a provisional response it received from somewhere else, I guess it will also forward the PRACK (or generate a PRACK of it's own).
