Hi Varun, Gateway should be able to handle it on PSTN side by its own if it gets 183 Session Progress with SDP details. There are ways in which PSTN also plays the early media (for example caller tune, all error messages in PSTN like number does not exist etc are played as early media.) Mostly all Gateways are configured / designed to handle it.
