I'd check the SDP exchange for an offer/answer.  The Grandstream may be
waiting for an answer in the 200 OK.  If it doesnt get it then it'd probably
do exactly what you describe.

Suppose I have a client sending an invite to another

client.

The second client sends trying, ringing, then OK.

The first client sends an ACK upon receipt of the OK.

4 seconds later...the Grandstream phone, the second

phone,hangs up..seems to not like the Ack.

What evidence do you have that the phone does not like the ACK?
