I'm looking for a way (a event package?) which makes it possible for the
network (i.e a proxy), that contains settings for a specific service, to
tell the clients about the current setting.
For example, imagine a proxy ("softswitch") implements and controls Call
Forward Unconditional for subscirbers that is using plain SIP UA. Now the
subscriber expects a stutter dial tone when it lifts the handset in case the
serivce is enabled. Does anyone now of any draft specifying how the proxy
can send this information to the UAs? I imagine Notify would be one possible
solution but then what about the event package to include the service
settings (like CFU is "on")
