I apologize at the outset as this is not a protocol question but as most all
SIP implementors are on this list I am asking for help here.

I represent a small startup company and looking for SIP conformance testing
solution for our SIP Proxy and B2BUA based service broker.
We want to test protocol conformance for all major SIP RFCs and even some
drafts. We are looking for not just positive assertion based test cases but
also negative and corner tests. Above all we want a test tool that offers
the flexibility of extension/scripting to allow us to write new tests at the
stack and also application level. A new RFC or draft should be testable by
either some scripting or vendor support.

We are looking at a couple of vendors but it appears that the selection is
difficult as on paper everyone looks good but only when you use it you see
how extensible they are.
So experts based on your experience can you please suggest us which tools
you would recommend for extensive feature testing. The other big
consideration is affordability and support.
For performance testing we are using open source tool sipp.

Thank you
