UAS should send the same answer SDP in the 200 OK if the 180/SDP is a
non reliable response else the 200 OK can be without any SDP.
As per 3261
" If the initial offer is in an INVITE, the answer MUST be in
a
reliable non-failure message from UAS back to UAC which is
correlated to that INVITE. For this specification, that is
only the final 2xx response to that INVITE. That same exact
answer MAY also be placed in any provisional responses sent
prior to the answer."

Let's suppose an UAC sends out an INVITE/SDP, then the UAS replys with
180/SDP and 200 OK for the INVITE.
Is it compulsory that the 200 OK for the INVITE also contain SDP (where
the
180 Ringing already has SDP)?
