Hi Ansuman, As mentioned by Rayees, the registration ensures the routing of Incoming call to the Registered User and not for the outgoing call. Outgoing call can still go even without registration.

But what I'm failing to understand is what happens if there is no contact header present in the 200-OK message? How is a SIP UA expected to behave in such scenario?
