My guess is many current IMS systems would have implemented this.  I 
have done it for one such.  The "Callee Capabilities" and "Caller 
Preferences" combination really gives some very interesting features to 
a IMS system.  Request-Dispostion is just one part of that through which 
the caller can control the way he wants the messages to be processed for 
the dialog.  One part of that  is controlling the kind of forking 
(forking-directives).  This can have the value of "forking" or 
"no-forking".  Another directive of the header, parallel-directive, can 
tell whether the caller wants "sequential" or "parallel" forking.
