We (snom) have implemented dialog state-based BLF since years and experienced so many problems with it that we added a much more light-weight way for doing this. This implementation just sends a IM to the phone and tells it how the LED should look like and what to do when a user pushes the button. Implementations include snom and pbxnsip and FreeSwitch and Asterisk (with a patch) seem to pick it up as well. More information can be found at:
http://wiki.snom.com/Features/LED_Remote_Control Works great, solves problems with BLA, BLF, SLA, DND, Agent login/logout, night mode, intercom and the other features that we saw so far when emulating "legacy" PBX features. -----Ursprüngliche Nachricht----- Von: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Im Auftrag von Alan Crosswell Gesendet: Dienstag, 29.
