Its a mess. Yeah, it's a nasty problem, because though we say the SUBSCRIBE creates the dialog, as far as the subscriber can tell, it's the NOTIFY that creates the dialog (for every subscription but the one whose 2xx makes it back to the subscriber). I hope to be helping push an update to 3265 through that will make this better. Sounds like a good idea.
