I have small doubt regarding RFC 3840.
BNF mentioned in section 9 says that "feature-param" will have optional
value part.
feature-param = enc-feature-tag [ EQUAL LDQOUT
(tag-value-list / string-value) RDQOUT ]
Section 10, explained about each feature tag, did not mentioned the default
value for each tag. So, if the feature-value is optional (and absent), what
value should be considered?
(Note: feature-value, for some of the feature-tags (booleans), is considered
as "TRUE", in the absence of feature-value. But, what about the other
feature tags).
Please clarify me.
