Arif, Proxy-require header field is normally use provide the list of feautures and extensions the UA would require the proxy to support. The 420 Bad Ext. reponse you got is returned by the proxy...listing any unsupported feature in the unsupported field. Proxy-require header filed is needed by the user-agent client to make sure that the feature being requested is known/understood by the proxy.
