This ACK for final error responses (4xx-6xxx) which has generated by
the transaction layer has to use the same address same address, port, and
   transport to which
the original request was sent. But the ACK for successful 200 Ok response
has generated by the TU layer of the stack which supposed to use the contact
   address from 200 OK response.

This is part of the principle that the ACK for a failure response is
part of the original INVITE transaction and "follows in its
footsteps", but the ACK for a success response is a separate
transaction, and uses the route set established by the INVITE (which
ends with the contact provided in the 2xx response).
