Most of the header parameters have a value and are of the form "param=value", however some do not have any value and are like marker parameter, like "lr" or "include-session-description" etc.
Is there a list somewhere that I can refer to find all 'valueless' parameters in SIP (other than looking at BNF for each parameter under each RFC)? I looked at IANA registry but it only talks about predefined value.
