maybe you could attach a wire-shark trace of the working
call and a trace of the non-working call (with all relevant packets,
not just RTP but also SIP signalling)

Maybe someone will be able to see something you didn't.

Subject: [Sip-implementors] DTMF Problem with Cisco Call Manager

Hi All,

I am trying to leave the voice mail from a wireless phone into cisco unity
server but I am not able to do so. The following is the scenario.

I am placing a call from one wireless phone to the other , the other phone
does not answer so after sometime this goes to voicemail and asks us to
record a mail. I recorded a message and then it asked to press 1 to send the
message I pressed it but it is saying that "I couldn't recognize it could be
a valid entry". I tried the same scenario from cisco desktop phone and i am
able to retrieve the mails from my phone. But from my phone i am not able to
leave the message.

I analyzed the capture in both cases when 1 is pressed it is going as an RTP
Event. Even in my phone capture i could see the same but I am not able to
figure out why from my phone i am not able to send the message. Is it a
configuration problem? Please let me know how to proceed in this regard.

Thanks in Advance,
Jahnavi.
