See this is the supposedly behaviour between A and C.
But it is happening between A and B.

The issue is very much implementation specific and commenting on it is
difficult,
RTP data structures are created at A when call is received, if they are
being
shared between B and C then whenever you receive a call from C the
'direction' media attribute gets updated to
sendonly and if B uses this attribute which was actually updated for C then
it might give this kind of condition.
