Not sure if I understand you. What I mean is that a UAS could send a 400 
response to the INVITE transaction (so the transaction remains to absorb 
retransmissions and the ACK).

What about if the UAS receives in that moment a CANCEL for that *still 
existing* INVITE transaction?
