Hi, imagina a case in which a UAC calls a UAS through a proxy that does parallel forking. The initial INVITE has "CSeq: 1".
Imagine that just one of the forks sends a "Require: 100rel". Then the UAC must send an in-dialog PRACK to just that endpoint (so just in that early-dialog). This PRACK needs the initial CSeq + 1.
