Hi All,

When we tried to make Video call from Polycom to Eyebeam (and vice versa), video negotiation got failed.
Eyebeam supports H.264(Profile Level Id = 42e015).
Polycom supports H.264(Profile Level Id = 42a014).

As per RFC 3984(Page 38)
****************************************************
If the profile-level-id parameter is used for
capability exchange or session setup procedure,
it indicates the profile that the codec
                      supports and the highest level
                      supported for the signaled profile.
****************************************************
Call from Polycom to Eyebeam:
Eyebeam supports Level 2.1(42e015) and it should be able to handle 2.0(42a014) level. But it rejects the Video Offer.

Could any one help us to understand to do SDP Codec negotiation based on the Profile-Level-Id?

Thanks & Regards,
Sunil kumar
