Widely implemented but expired drafts that are replaced by other RFC's. This
is a pain (IMHO).

IETF usually seems to be obsessive respecting backwards compatibility (painful
transaction mathing for RFC 2543 devices, stric/loose routing...) but
sometimes there is a working solution widely implemented that is not accepted
as RFC (RPID <-> PAI)?

So now we have many SIP devices supporting RPID but not PAI. Also, how many
SIP devices support "History-Info"?
