1- It's normal that you got Publish with empty body when you are refreshing or
removing your publication according to RFC 3903.

I did some tests with it and it seems that it needs more polishing.
I experienced intermittent PUBLISH with empty bodies, MESSAGE and INVITE with
MSRP sdp do not react to 407s, XCAP documents cannot be saved properly, no
visible support for MSRP relay.
