Hello All, I would request some clarification regarding the line seize feature for BLA. The anil draft says two UA cant seize the line simultaneouesly and State Agent should terminate one of the Line seize request with 5xx server. Also when the line is seized, all the shared line shall not be able to use that line.
My question is if a BLA user received and accepted the call. User now transfers the call. As the line is already seized. Would SA permit this call? or else transfer is not at all allowed in the shared line context?
