In your original message, you requested:
what I'm looking for is a subscription
or non specific AoR, but for calls *from* a SIP device (in this
case the PBX).
The dialog events generated by sip:[email protected] will list all calls
from the PBX, as you have requested.
Whether the device that desires the information is capable of decoding
the dialog events is a matter of device implementation, not SIP
protocol.
