Of course no. URI in From means an AoR while URI in Contact means a
definitive location.

Contact header in a 3XX response contains, typically, an AoR, but
Contact in a request/response forking a dialog needs to be a *real*
location and not an AoR.

Contact can't never be populated from From header. It makes no sense at all.
