Yes, the branch for the Cancel should be the same as for the INVITE it
is cancelling as well as the numeric part of the CSeq (amongst other
things - see RFC3261 section 9.1 for details). But having a different
method part for the CSeq allows a cancel to be "identified and processed
as a transaction in its own right" (quote from aforementioned section 9.1).
