This is "more" or ***less*** explained in RFC 3261 section 18.2.2:

It's really a pain and most of the implementations don't try failover
for responses (they will never work in NAT is present, for example).

I already explaned in my previous mail that an in-dialog request
cannot have alternative destination addresses, please re-read it.
