10.2.4 of RFC 3261 indicates that 200 OK should contain current binding.
Although 200 OK should have Expires=0 in this case.

Subject: [Sip-implementors] Doubt on inclussion of Contact header in 200
OKto deregistration

Hi
A user agent registers against a REGISTRAR; so a 200 OK response is
generated and includes a Contact header with the binding included in the
request.
No more bindings are stores in the registrar for this sip user.
The user agent starts a deregistration procedure (i.e. REGISTER with
Expires=0). How shall the registrar build the 200 OK response assuming
no binding is left? I guess the 200 OK MUST include a Contact header,
even though no binding is left, right?
Regards
Javier F.
