We can challenge the PRACK. But typically we would have had INVITE challenged and verified the credentials and subsequent requests should carry the credentials for getting processed. The entity which has challenged INVITE can also challenge PRACK if the credentials provided has expired ( I mean nonce expiration ) or if it is incorrect.
