From a sip perspective this is simple:
- The UAC includes an SDP offer in the INVITE,
- the UAS may start transmitting early media toward the UAC
as soon as it receives the INVITE with the offer
- the UAS includes an SDP answer in the 180 response,
- the UAC may start transmitting early media toward the UAS
as soon as it receives the 180 with the answer
