Thanks Abhishek/Sumit, Actually i am having an issue when 183 is not unreliable , but 180 is reliable. But i have read somewhere that 183 is more preferred over 180, right? However if both the 183 and 180 are having different TO tags and different codec lists then its again an issue. then we cannot come to know whether to reject the 180 which is reliable or not?
