In addition to the potential NAT/firewall issues mentioned by others, I thought 
that I'd highlight that the Via, Contact, and c= line have different 
ip-addresses.  Such differences are valid; however they are not usually 
intended.

Via is 10.0.0.2; Contact is 10.100.102.2; c= 85.65.11.138
