Prashant, Your intention seems counter-intuitive to me. Anyways, such a thing should only be attempted after considering The Message Compatibility parameter for IAM, or in general for any message.
I don't recall any specific handling in either ITU-T Q.1912.5 or ANSI T1.679 for the below case. If a ingress SIP-I trunk group receives an INVITE with ISUP encapsulated and ISUP disposition handling = 'required', can the egress SIP-I trunk change this to 'optional'? -------------------------->ingress SIP-I trunk-------routed-------->egress SIP-I trunk-----------------------> INVITE+IAM INVITE+IAM handling=required handling=optional Regards Prashant _______________________________________________ Sip-implementors mailing list [email protected] https://lists.cs.columbia.edu/cucslists/listinfo/sip-implementors _______________________________________________ Sip-implementors mailing list [email protected] https://lists.cs.columbia.edu/cucslists/listinfo/sip-implementors
