Mosbah, Logically, there should not be any issues in implementing the SIP/RTP servers in port 80. But may not be a good idea to use the port 80 for SIP/RTP servers.
Implementing SIP proxies or registrars (which might implement the HTTP servers) might pose some issues for interop.
