I have a question regarding building of Subscribe message
for the below scenario :
A Calls B. B has activated unconditional call forward to C.
The call gets forwarded to C. C is also busy in another call.
A wants to subscribe for the Automatic Call Back feature.
Now when A subscribes for ACB, should it send the request-uri
of C or B in the subscribe msg. If it is B, then A would receive a
Notify immediately since B is not involved in any call.
>From above it seems ideally it should be C's request URI.
Please clarify.
