I don't know why but they removed the "hookflash" event
when they went to RFC 4733.  (but event 16 isn't taken anyway)

Regarding your SDP:
The server might not like the 0.0.0.0 in the o= line?

By reading the RFC 4733 it seems that it should be compatible with RFC 2833. 
So is there any reason this not to happen?
