I'm a bit confused here. :-S It says that "those marked with '-' are
not allowed". So that would mean that I can't/shouldn't send them. But
just after: "Elements processing URIs SHOULD ignore any disallowd
components if they are present."

So then a UA actually CAN use the information, can't he?
