Hi, Please let me know whether 'Reason-Phrase' in status line of response allowed to have double quotes something like - SIP/2.0 480 "Temporarily Unavailable"
AFAIK as per the ABNF the same is not allowed, but I am at loss to understand the rationale behind it. Are your aware of any of the existing commercial stack which supports the same? Thanks!
