Hi Vivek,

A UAC which has sent INVITE can later send CANCEL for this INVITE. So, proxy
will not send CANCEL, for the INVITE, to the originating UA

So In your case, proxy will send CANCEL to the terminating UA and 480 to the
originating UA.
