Hi All,
As RFC3515 says that "Each NOTIFY MUST contain a body of type
"message/sipfrag" .The body of a NOTIFY MUST begin with a SIP Response
Status-Line".
But if Notifier Receives Subscribe with expires zero to Un-subscribe the
REFER subscription,Can the Notifier send NOTIFY request with
Subscription-State as terminated
and with empty body.
