I think ITU standard website should have reference implementation of
these codecs in C language.

A Google search on "G.711 "open source"" yields 59,000 pages.

Subject: [Sip-implementors] G.711 codec

Hi,I'm trying to implement VoIP solution using SIP and now I would like
to
try voice compression using G.711 codec. Is there any open source
available
where I can go through it to see how they have done it, especially in C.
If
not where is the good point to start from.
Regards,
Siga
