I was just going through a SIP call flow, I saw a SDP line as below. b=TIAS:4096000 I want to know what is TIAS, and whats the corresponding value "4096000". Please let me know in detail, also point me to a good document where I can read more about TIAS. Is it a mandatory SDP parameter or not?
