Good afternoon, I have a question concerning the processing of ACK requests sent on 2xx responses inside the UAS when the SDP offer was sent in the OK (i. e. the INVITE contained no SDP offer). I'm particularly interested in how the following cases should be handled:
- ACK without SDP answer was received - ACK with invalid SDP answer was received - ACK with SDP answer not matching the sent SDP offer was received (i. e. no matching media capabilities) My guess would be to either ignore such ACK requests and continue with the OK retransmissions for the full 64*T1 seconds (possibly receiving a valid ACK, though this is very unlikely) or to confirm the dialog and send a BYE immediately as in the case when no ACK was received at all. Please give me your thoughts and/or references on the best practices for those scenarios.
