Hi Inaki,
            Ya in case of forking this is absolutely fine.
           But with out forking if you are behaving like statefull proxy and u 
have received say 4xx initially which you have forwarded and then after 1-2 
seconds some other response is received by proxy on same transaction then that 
will be ignored by proxy. However, in case of stateless proxy, that will also 
be forwarded.

Not true, a 2XX MUST always be sent to the UAC, so UAC could receive
more than one 2XX response. 100% valid.

But note that this is correct when there is forking somewhere and two
branches reply 200 which is possible (as the second one replies also
200 before receiving the CANCEL from he proxy).
