One question regarding usage of nonce value.
Scenario:
My client got registered with SIP Server. (REGISTER, 401, REGISTER, 200 OK).
While sending refresh REGISTER or de-REGISTER, my client is incrementing nonce
count and hence generating a new response.
So, Refresh REGISTER or de-REGISTER is sent placing the new reponse and
incremented nonce count in "Authorization" header.
I expect SIP server not to challenge SIP Client again, either for refresh
REGISTER or de-REGISTER. Is this expectation as per standards?.
(I am assuming that nonce value used by server is not expired.)
What is the reason for repeated challenge by server ?. (... Invalid response
calculated by sip client --> Last reason i can think of).
(because prior response calculated by client has been accepted by server.. So
Algos used by Client are correct)..
